COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

NSW Stoma Ltd recognizes that Covid-19 will move from being a pandemic to becoming endemic in our community. We acknowledge that we need to eventually recommence all services suspended during the Covid-19 pandemic while keeping our workforce safe and minimizing any disruption to our services. Our approach will remain cautious as we gradually ease restrictions.  

In line with NSW Stoma Ltd policy, all staff, volunteers and visitors must be fully vaccinated to enter NSW Stoma Ltd premises.    

Under NSW stoma Ltd Vaccination Policy only those who have had 3 vaccinations are considered fully vaccinated.

Masks to be worn by all staff, volunteers and visitors when entering NSW Stoma Ltd premises

Warehouse staff will not be required to wear masks while working in the warehouse. If they go into the reception area or upstairs, masks must be worn.

Office staff need to wear masks in the warehouse and while moving around the office or in the reception area or warehouse.

All visitors to NSW Stoma premises must wear masks at all times and must show their Covid-vaccine Certificate on entry.

Pick Up Service 

Pickup times: Mon-Wed 8am-10am; Thu-Fri 8am – 1pm

Members will be notified by SMS when their order is ready. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days from the day we receive your order to process and prepare your order. Members should not come to the Stanmore premises until they have been notified.

Members will not be allowed to enter the premises. On arrival please ring the bell and remain at the front door. 

Masks must be worn by all parties – staff/volunteers and members/those picking up.

On answering, you will be asked which member you are collecting for and you will need to remain outside while we collect your order. This will be passed out to you.

The pickup service may be suspended at any time as directed by management (eg Covid in the workplace)

Further opening up and return to pre-COVID conditions will be considered after review of the above in June, 2022. We will consider NSW Health directives and NSW state planning in our decision-making but our priority will remain the continuation of our services and the delivery of essential supplies to all our members. We will be monitoring cases in the local community and considering the effect on our business should one of our staff or volunteers test positive to Covid-19.

NSW Stoma Ltd Stomal Therapy Service

  • On-site clinic is now open to fully vaccinated members only.

    Under NSW stoma Ltd Vaccination Policy only those who have had 3 vaccinations are considered fully vaccinated.

  • The clinic operates from 11am  to 1pm on the 1st 3 Thursdays of the month.
  • The phone and email service will continue.
  • This service is for clinical assistance only. Anne Marie is unable to assist with administrative questions regarding your order.
